Therapy here is not rushed.

Sessions are primarily talk-based. Many of our clinicians are also trained in approaches such as EMDR, Brainspotting, art therapy, and mind-body work.
Nothing is required. The work is guided by you.

You may have been to therapy before.
You understood it. You talked through it. It just did not stay with you.
Sometimes the work remains at the level of thinking, and does not reach the deeper places where patterns are held.
Our clients choose to work outside of insurance.
This allows for a level of privacy and flexibility that feels important,
especially for those in high-responsibility or public-facing roles.
We do not share session content with insurance companies.
Many adults value the ability to step out of their work day for time that is fully their own.
Evening appointments are available as well. Both virtual and in person offerred.
