Meet Michelle...
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood concerns, trauma, and self-esteem challenges.
I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they move through healing and growth, and I strive to create a space that feels supportive, respectful, and collaborative.
Although clients and I do talk therapy together, I offer art therapy as an option for those drawn to creative expression. Art therapy can support emotional processing, self-expression, and insight without requiring artistic skill.
I also integrate sand tray and other experiential approaches, tailoring each session to the individual’s needs while honoring the connection between mind and body.
Outside of the office, I enjoy yoga, spending time outdoors, painting, baking, and being with my family.
I share life with my husband, our energetic daughter, our young son, and a very loved kitty.
